6.A. Long-Range Facility Planning: Meeting and Decision Timeline

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an overview of the anticipated timeline for long-range facility planning, including upcoming meetings, community and stakeholder engagement opportunities, and key decision points. The discussion will help establish a clear process and timeline as the District evaluates future facility needs and priorities.

6.B. Potential Change in Electric Service Provider

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an update regarding a potential change in the electric service provider at Snyder Junior High. The discussion will include anticipated costs, transition considerations, and the potential operational and financial impact to the District.

6.C. 2026–2027 ESL Waiver

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an overview of Snyder ISD’s 2026-2027 English as a Second Language (ESL) Waiver. The waiver is required when the District does not have the appropriately certified ESL personnel necessary to meet state requirements. Administration will review the need for the waiver, current staffing and certification efforts, and the instructional supports in place to ensure emergent bilingual students continue to receive appropriate services.

6.D. 1st Six Weeks Staff Survey Feedback Trends

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an overview of feedback collected through the First Six Weeks Staff Survey, including participation, emerging trends, and district responses. Staff feedback is an important component of the Superintendent Entry Plan and supports ongoing efforts to listen, identify trends, and make appropriate adjustments throughout the school year.

6.E. Year 2 Strategic Plan Update

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an update on the implementation and progress of Snyder ISD’s Year 2 Strategic Plan. The update will highlight current work aligned to the District’s strategic priorities, with a focus on Students and Staff, including key indicators of success and the systems being used to monitor progress.

6.F. Beginning-of-Year (BOY) Academic Data

Description:
Administration will provide the Board with an overview of Beginning-of-Year (BOY) academic data across the district. The presentation will highlight initial student readiness trends and areas of strength and need, connecting the data to the District Strategic Plan and the instructional priorities and action steps identified within Campus Improvement Plans.

Description:
