7.B. Presence Purchase Approval

Description:
We originally had Assessment commitment for $46,100 with Presence. Now we are adding a Spanish Speaking speech therapist for $15,406, totaling $61,506. This is over the current $50,000 purchasing threshold and requires board approval. We are requesting purchase approval up to $70,000 for contracted services with Presence.

7.C. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Curriculum Purchase Approval

Description:
The original purchase was under $50,000 and did not require board approval. We now have MAPS growth K-12 $33,700, Reading Fluency Test K-12 $12,660, and HS English I & II is $4,800 totaling $51,160. This is over the $50,000 threshold and requires board approval. We are requesting approval up to $65,000 to purchase curriculum with Houghton-Mifflin-Harcourt.
