15.C. School Safety Guardian Program

Description:
In response to House Bill 3 and ongoing staffing challenges with School Resource Officers (SROs), the district is proposing the implementation of a School Safety Guardian Programto complement SRO's. This initiative will authorize trained school personnel to carry firearms and support campus safety. The program is designed to enhance security, ensure consistent coverage across all campuses, and reduce response times during emergencies.
