10.G. Consider and take action to approve Certification Reimbursement program for the 2024-2025 School Year

Description:
The Board approved the Certification Reimbursement program for previous school years. Six employees requested reimbursement this year, and we expect another 10 to request reimbursement after this school year. For the 2024-2025 school year, we expect another 13 to request reimbursement.
Currently, 14.4% of the teaching staff rely on local certifications. We expect that number to be 6%-10% by the 2024-2025 School Year, and 5%-7% by the 2025-2026 School year, down from nearly 40% in the 2021-2022 school year. |
10.H. Consider and take action to revise Board Policy CDC (LOCAL)

Consider revising this policy to allow the Superintendent to accept donations over the current limit of the current $5,000.
