Hastings Avenue and Loop 335, out of a 551.45 acre tract of land in Section 94, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, Texas, previously conveyed to the District by Deed dated July 25, 2022, from Herring National Bank, Trustee of the Ray C. Johnson Testamentary Trust, and Ray C. Johnson, III.
• Tract 3, being approximately an 83.07 acre tract of land, bordering Loop 335, out of a 551.45 acre tract of land in Section 94, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, Texas, previously conveyed to the District by Deed dated July 25, 2022, from Herring National Bank, Trustee of the Ray C. Johnson Testamentary Trust, and Ray C. Johnson, III.
• Tract 4, being approximately a 15.48 acre tract of land, out of a 551.45 acre tract of land in Section 94, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, Texas, previously conveyed to the District by Deed dated July 25, 2022, from Herring National Bank, Trustee of the Ray C. Johnson Testamentary Trust, and Ray C. Johnson, III.
• Tract 5, being approximately a 99.80 acre tract of land, bordering State Highway 136, out of a 551.45 acre tract of land in Section 94, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, Texas, previously conveyed to the District by Deed dated July 25, 2022, from Herring National Bank, Trustee of the Ray C.
