CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure under any of the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student or to hear complaints against an employee, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to deliberate security devices or security audits, as permitted by section 551.076, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
1.  Pursuant to 551.071, 551.129, Texas Government Code, consultation with legal counsel regarding any matters on the agenda.
2. Pursuant to 551.074, Texas Government Code, the Board will deliberate regarding the employment of a District employee, including consideration of a proposed resignation and separation agreement.  Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consultation with attorney regarding legal issues related to the proposed resignation agreement.
