1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE TO AMERICAN AND TEXAS FLAGS

3. OPEN FORUM

4. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session with Region 5 representatives who conducted the superintendent search to discuss applicants for the open superintendent position, as permitted by §551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code. Although no action is anticipated on this item, any action, decision, or vote will be conducted in open session according to law.
