5.A. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/nonrenewals, as permitted by section §551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section §551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section §551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section §551.072, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as permitted by section §551.071, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section §551.071, Texas Government Code; to deliberate security devices or security audits, as permitted by section §551.076, Texas Government Code.

CLOSED SESSION - PERSONNEL: Pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to discuss, consider, and deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, assignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, administrator, athletic director, or employee.
