CLOSED SESSION:  PERSONNEL MATTERS:  Pursuant to 551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees may meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters, including Contract Extensions for Administrators.  Any action, decision, or vote in these matters will be conducted in open session.

CLOSED SESSION:  PERSONNEL MATTERS: Pursuant to 551.0o74(1), Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees may meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters, including employee contract renewal/nonrenewals.  Any action, discussion, or vote on this matter will be taken in open session, according to law.
