8. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/nonrenewals, as permitted by section §551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section §551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section §551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section §551.072, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Porjects, as permitted by section §551.071, Texas Government Code; to consult with legal counsel regarding legal issues, as permitted by section §551.071 and §551.0821, Texas Government Code.
