6.E. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session Pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code 551.071, 551.082, and 551.0821, hear and deliberate regarding parent complaint and consult with legal counsel regarding same.

6.F. OPEN SESSION:  Take action, if any, resulting from closed session. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.

6.G. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section §551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section §551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section §551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section §551.072, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as permitted by section §551.071 Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section §551.071, Texas Government Code.
