9. CLOSED SESSION - PERSONNEL MATTERS: Pursuant to ยง551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees may meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters. Any action, decision, or vote in this matter will be taken in open session.

11. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to consult with legal counsel regarding legal issues, as permitted by section 551.071 and 551.0821, Texas Government Code.
