CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.0821, and 551.0129, consultation with school attorney concerning case styled Student V. Nederland ISD; Dkt. No. 313-SE-0519 (Before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas) and deliberation concerning a public school student wherein personally identifiable information will necessarily be revealed.

CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions:  to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.0821,
