Closed Session: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code; to Consult with attorney by phone, as permitted by section 551.129.
