1. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions:  to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.

2. Define expectations of the facility Citizen's Advisory Committee in consideration of facility needs.
