8.D. AEIS Report (Academic Excellence Indicator Report) - [PUBLIC HEARING]: Pursuant to NISD Board Policy BR Legal, the Board shall hold a hearing for public discussion of the AEIS Report and shall notify property owners and parents in the District of the hearing.

8.E. CLOSED SESSION: Consider and, if appropriate, take action to provide direction regarding the superintendent search. The Board will consult with it attorney in closed session regarding this matter, as permitted by Section 551.074(2), Tex. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on the matter will be taken in open session according to law.
