1. Call to Order, Roll Call, and Establishment of Quorum

2. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed (executive) session to interview a candidate for the position of Permanent Superintendent of Schools, as permitted by § 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code.
The Board will also meet in closed (executive) session for a private consultation with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of the employment of a Permanent Superintendent of Schools, as permitted by § 551.071(2), Tex. Gov’t Code.
No action will be taken at this meeting.
