2. The Board of Trustees will deliberate the process for evaluating prospective applicants for the position of Permanent Superintendent of Schools. The Board will conduct its deliberation in closed session as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code. The Board will also consult with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of this matter in closed session, as permitted by Section 551.071(2), Texas Government Code. No action will be taken at this meeting.
