1. Consider and, if appropriate, take action to employ Robert E. Madding as Interim Superintendent of Schools, and to determine his compensation. The Board may elect to meet in closed session to consult with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of this matter, as permitted by Section 551.071(2), Tex. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on matters discussed in closed session will be taken in open session, according to law.
