1. Consider and, if appropriate, take action to name a sole finalist for the position of Interim Superintendent, Nederland ISD.The Board will meet in closed session to deliberate the appointment/employment of an Interim Superintendent, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code. The Board may also elect to meet in closed session to conduct a private consultation with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of employing an Interim Superintendent, as permitted by Section 551.071(2), Tex. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote in this matter will be taken in open session in accordance with law, at this meeting, or at a duly noticed and posted subsequent meeting.
