1. Conduct a closed session to deliberate the evaluation, reassignment and duties of a professional employee.

2. Consider and, if appropriate, take action regarding trustee election. In accordance with Sect. 551.071(2), Tex. Gov't Code, consult with the school district's attorney regarding the legal aspects of particular personnel matters and the trustee election. Any action, decision or vote on any matter considered in closed session will be taken in open session, according to law. However, it is not anticipated that any action regarding personnel will be taken at this meeting.

3. Consider and, if appropriate, take action regarding a proposed sale of mineral interests. The board may elect to meet in closed session to discuss this matter, and the legal aspects of this proposed sale, as permitted by Sect. 551,071(2) and 551.072, Texas Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on this proposed sale will be taken in open session, according to law.
