1. CLOSED SESSION: Level III Hearing - Employee Grievance. Consider and, if appropriate, take action on a Level III employee complaint. The complaint will be heard in closed (executive) session at the request of the NISD employee against whom the complaint is brought by the complaining employee, in accordance with Section 551.082(a)(2), Texas Government Code. The Board may elect to conduct a private consultation with its attorney before and/or after the grievance presentation regarding the legal aspects of the complaint, in accordance with Section 551.071(2), Texas Government Code. Any action, decision, or vote on this matter will be taken in open (public) session, according to law.

2. CLOSED SESSION: Superintendent's Annual Evaluation. Pursuant to Section 551.074(1), Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to consider the annual evaluation of the Superintendent. Any action, decision, or vote will be taken in open session at the next regular/special board meeting, upon notice thereof.
