8.A. Closed Session: Consider, and if appropriate, take action on a Level III complaint/grievance brought by one NISD employee against two other NISD employees. Pursuant to Section 551.074(a)(2), Tex. Gov't Code, the Board will meet in closed (executive) session, at the request of two (2) NISD employees, to hear the Level III employee grievance/complaint brought against them. The Board may also elect to consult with its attorney in closed session regarding legal aspects of this personnel matter, pursuant to Section 551.071(B), Tex. Gov't Code.

8.B. Closed Session: Pursuant to Sections 551.071(2) and 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code, the Board will meet in closed (executive) session to consult with its attorney regarding the legals aspects of another personnel matter. Any action, decision, or vote on either of these matters will be taken in open (public) session, accordning to law.
