On a resolution that the Board Of Directors Of Reinvestment Zone Number One Town of Horizon City, Texas concurs with the February 8, 2022 action taken by the City Council of The Town Of Horizon City, Texas authorizing the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement between the Town of Horizon City, Texas and Able City, LLC to provide architectural design standards for The Town of Horizon City’s Transit Oriented Development’s public and private development for a total estimated project amount of $129,550.00.

Description:
The TIRZ No. 1 Board of Directors of the Town of Horizon City reserve the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices,) and 551.086 (Economic Development).
