3. AUDIT PRESENTATION
The District's 2025-26 financial statements were audited in August by the independent auditing firm of Plante Moran, PLLC. The financial statements include all funds of the District, including the General Fund, which is the primary operating fund. Also, a detailed, separate audit of compliance with federal grant programs was performed. Representatives from Plante Moran will present the results of the audit to the Board of Education and the community. |

4. RATIFICATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL (ESP) #1 CONTRACT

5. SUMMER TAX AGREEMENT - COMMERCE TOWNSHIP
Administration is recommending the Board approve and authorize the Superintendent to sign the proposed agreement with the Charter Township of Commerce to collect Summer taxes on behalf of the District for a five-year period from 2027 through the 2031 tax year for a fee of $6.00/parcel. The current agreement expired with the collection of the 2026 Summer taxes and a new agreement must be signed for the services to continue to allow the District to receive the appropriate property tax revenue from this taxing jurisdiction to support the general operations, debt payments and sinking fund projects of the District. The collection of the taxes during the summer facilitates a better match of the collection of funds with the cashflow needs of the District. |

6. BOARD MEETING DATE CHANGE
The 2026-27 Board Meeting schedule was publicized following the January 8, 2026, Special Organizational Board meeting. Due to scheduling conflicts within the District, the Board will consider revising the date of the November Regular Board meeting. |

7. BOARD POLICY REVIEW
The Board Policy Committee and Administration have reviewed the proposed Board Policies updates, which are being provided for the Board's review with anticipation of adoption at the next scheduled Board meeting. The updated policies are in alignment with the current law. |

8. BOARD POLICY ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS UPDATE
The following Board Policy Administrative Regulations forms have been updated to reflect administrative changes in the District. These are being provided as informational items only.
