5. BID AWARDS (Over $50,000) 

5.a. WL Northern HS Athletic Improvements, $1,577,858.00 - Sinking Fund
Walled Lake Consolidated School District and PMR (Project Team) solicited and received bids for the WL Northern Athletic Field Improvements project.  The recommendation is to award the bid package to the lowest responsive bidders and enter into a Standard Form of Agreement with both Water Management Systems and Nationwide Fence and Supply Company in an amount totaling $1,577,858.00 to be funded through the Sinking Fund.

6. PURCHASES (Over $50,000)

6.a. WLN Band Uniforms, $120,276.48 - General Fund
Walled Lake Northern band uniforms are over 20 years old and in need of replacement.  The consortium bid process was used to acquire quotes for this purchase.  The timeline to receive new uniforms would be late September-October.  The purchase from Stanbury Uniforms, LLC, totals $120, 276.48 and will be from the general fund. 

7. LAKES AREA YOUTH ASSISTANCE VOLUNTEER BOARD MEMBERS
Lakes Area Youth Assistance (LAYA) is a prevention program within the Oakland County Circuit Court.  Youth Assistance has been in Walled Lake since 1960.  Their mission statement is to strengthen youth and families and to prevent and reduce incidents of juvenile delinquency, neglect and abuse through volunteer involvement.  In keeping with their established by-laws, LAYA has requested Board approval of their 2025 Volunteer Board members.

8. BOARD POLICY ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS UPDATE
The following Board Policy Administrative Regulation has been updated and is being provided as an informational item prior to the Board Policy website update and notification.

• 2002-AR (Field Trips) Regular Field Trip Request Form has been revised to reflect updated rates for the 2025-26 school year.
