9. 2023-24 BUDGET ADOPTION
The Public Hearing of the 2023-2024 general operating budget was held at the June 1, 2023, Board meeting. The presentation provided revenue and expense information relevant to the 2023-2024 general operating budget, which includes the general operating levy. Administration recommends the 2023-24 budget be adopted as presented.

10. RESOLUTION: LINE OF CREDIT
Administration recommends the District pursue a line of credit to cover cash flow shortages in the School District’s general fund, not to exceed $5 million for the 2023-24 fiscal year. The District would pledge State Aid to repay the principal and interest of the Line of Credit.

11. DISTRICT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION ADVISORY BOARD
Public Act 226 of 1977 requires that a school district sponsoring a reproductive health education program establish an advisory board consisting of two (2) co-chairs, parents, students, educators, local clergy, and community health professionals. The role of the advisory board co-chairs is to coordinate the activities of the advisory board and help evaluate the teaching/learning process for the improvement of instruction. The advisory board periodically reviews materials and methods of instruction and recommends changes, if appropriate. The process for establishing a reproductive health advisory board has been reviewed and endorsed by Administration, and it is recommended that the Board approve the 2023-2024 District Reproductive Health Advisory Board as presented.

12. BOARD POLICY REGULATION UPDATE
2001 AR Student Fees, Deposits, Fines, and Charges: Athletics: Pay to Participate fees have been reviewed, and the following adjustment to the fees has been made. This Board Policy regulation is being submitted as an informational item prior to being posted on the website. 2023/2024 Athletics: Pay to Participate
