11. PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL UPDATE 
Walled Lake Schools' Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) consists of parent representatives who have a child/children with a disability/disabilities. President, Cory Hensley, will present an update on the PAC activities over the last year and their successful work to build an active and sustainable PAC.

12. CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION (CTE) PRESENTATION
Mr. Michael Weaver, Career Readiness Program Coach, will present an overview of the CTE programs offered, as well as commentary on how the CTE Programs fit within the broader Career Readiness Program.

13. RESOLUTION TO AMEND AND RESTATE HEALTH AND WELFARE PLAN
Certain changes are required to be made to the District’s health and welfare plan document to reflect changes in legal requirements and best practices developed since the plan was last amended and restated in June 2017.

14. 2022-23 BUDGET AMENDMENT
Administration has evaluated the budget line items, and adjustments have been made to more accurately reflect 2022-2023 revenues and expenditures.
