10. PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS - TEACHER RECALLS
The Administration will recommend the recall of a current list of teachers who were laid off at the June 4, 2020, Board meeting.
11. PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATION - LAYOFFS
The Board of Education has determined that an additional reduction in personnel for the 2020-2021 school year is necessary based on the projected staffing needs. As such, the layoff of personnel will be processed in accordance with Board policy and will become effective on August 20, 2020.The employees affected will be promptly notified

12. RATIFICATION OF THE ESP #1 CONTRACT
13. ADOPT LAYA CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
The Lakes Area Youth Assistance Program offers services to youth and families, including summer camp, counseling, family education, and summer playgrounds. The program is sponsored by the cities of Walled Lake, Wixom, Commerce Township, Wolverine Lake Village, Oakland County Probate Court, and Walled Lake Schools. Administration recommends the continued support of the program.

14. BOARD POLICY REGULATIONS UPDATE - 4000 AR
4000 AR Organizational Chart and 4000 AR Central Office Administrators and Building Administrators Board policy regulations have been updated to reflect administrative changes in the District. This is being provided as informational items prior to the Board Policy Manual website update and notification.
15. OCSBA NEW BYLAWS
Oakland County School Board Association (OCSBA) Resolutions and Bylaws Committee reviews the bylaws annually and this year recommends amendments that placed restrictions on the way OCSBA conducted business during the pandemic. Several of the proposed amendments address those restrictions during any declared local, state or national emergency. OCSBA requires that each Member District Board of Education present a vote for the new Bylaws.
