Please know that this is a listening opportunity for the Board, no action will be taken during this meeting on topics shared with the Board during this portion of the meeting. Persons wishing to address the Board shall sign up with the presiding officer prior to the beginning of the meeting and shall indicate the topic about which they wish to speak.
