Not only have they received highest accolades from state competitions, festivals, and local universities such as Weber State and the University of Utah, but they are also the only full orchestra ensemble in the entire county. They’re directed by Eric Kochenderfer and Michael Crookston. |

1.G.4. Land Swap at Antelope Elementary School (exhibit)

Description:
The proposed land swap at Antelope elementary connects our parking lot with the school and provides access to the developer to their land to the West. The developer has also agreed to improve the land between our current parking lot and school. This has been reviewed by both the finance committee and our district real estate agent. We recommend the board approve the land swap agreement.

1.G.5. Davis Technical College (DTC) Agreement (exhibit)

Description:
The District has been in conversations about the Canyons Heights building for several months. The building is owned by the District but the land upon which it is built, is owned by the DTC. This agreement sets forth a future sale the Canyon Heights building contingent upon Legislative funding to the DTC. The agreement provides District access to the facility for 3 years after the sale anticipating an alternate location for existing programs located in the building. Some parts of the facility would have 10 year access.
