1.B.1. Farmington High School Chamber Choir

Mr. Mitch Hall, Teaching & Learning Dept. Fine Arts Supervisor
Description:
Farmington High School Chamber Choir is the most advanced Choir out of the five choirs taught at Farmington High School. It is made up this year of 33 students who are currently in 11th or 12th grade. Farmington High School is now in its 9th year of operation, with the exception of Covid, FHS Chamber Choirs have participated in State Level Choir Festivals every school year and received superior ratings. The FHS choir program has had several amazing educational touring opportunities including Washington D.C. And most recently performing in Carnegie Hall in New York City last school year. The Choir Program at FHS is under the direction of Becca Rhodes. Today they are excited to perform the selection What a Wonderful World arranged by Mark Brymer for you. The piece will be accompanied by Student Accompanist Max Johnson. The choir hopes to share this song's prevalent message of hope and finding joy in the simple wonderful daily things we are privileged to have in our lives. Thank you to the school board and to our Fine Arts supervisor Mitch Hall for the opportunity to share this music with you today and please enjoy "What a Wonderful World".

Description:
With the completion of Stillwater Elementary and the charter school close by, the elementary school site located in the shoreline development in Syracuse will not be needed. We would like to sell this property not only due to lack of need but also the maintenance burden of maintaining an 11-acre piece of land in the middle of a neighborhood. Attached is a map of the property highlighted in green.

1.G.4. South Davis Recreation agreement (exhibit)

Description:
The District and South Davis Recreation have been discussing an agreement for use of the pool. Our prior agreement expired in 2022. The agreement gives us a priority window to schedule events and details a cost structure based on SDRC membership rates and the number of swimmers. We would like to have an agreement in place soon as this will affect the fee for the swim team in this area. Attached is a draft of the proposed agreement.
