1. TIME CERTAIN ITEM - 6:00 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING (exhibit)
The public will be given an opportunity to address the Board regarding boundary changes to take effect in the 2025-2026 school year at Canyon Creek Elementary and Eagle Bay Elementary.

Description:
The public hearing will be held prior to the Davis School District Board of Education meeting the same evening. This will be an opportunity for community members to voice their opinions and concerns.
Need for proposed changes are due to a decline of parents requesting an English-only option in grades 1-3 at Eagle Bay Elementary. The decline does not allow those students to experience and effective educational experience. Proposed solution is for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students that are not enrolled in the immersion program attend Canyon Creek Elementary. Student impacted by this change will be provided a district bus for transportation to Canyon Creek Elementary.
