Description:
We haven’t sold new bonds for several years. That will change this year and for the next several years as we use the proceeds from the 2022 bond to complete multiple capital projects throughout the district over the next 5 - 6 years. We felt an overview of the bond selling process would be beneficial to all board members in preparation for asking board approval on our first bond sale and parameters resolution on February 7. Mr. Johnathan Ward is our Financial Advisor from Zions Public Finance. He will review the process and what will be asked of the board through this effort. Feel free to reach out to Mr. Carter with any questions.
