Description:  The public will be given an opportunity to address the Board regarding FY 2019-2020 Final Budget and FY 2020-2021 Tentative Budget.

1.C.1.  2019-2020 Final Legal Budget Adoption (exhibit)
Presenter:  Mr. Craig Carter
Description:  The 2019-20 Final Legal Budget was discussed during the June 23, 2020 Board Workshop. Following the Public Hearing on June 30, 2020 we recommend approval of the 2019-20 Final Legal Budget. In addition, the budget has been available to the public for review online. Please contact Mr Carter for additional information. 
1.C.2. 2020-2021 Tentative Budget Approval
Presenter:  Mr. Craig Carter
Description:  The 2020-2021 Tentative Budget was discussed during the June 23, 2020 Board Workshop. Following the Public Hearing on June 30, 2020 we recommend approval of the 2020-2021 Tentative Budget. In addition, the budget has been available to the public for review online. Please contact Mr Carter for additional information. 
1.C.3. Approval of the Tentative CARES Budget (exhibit)
Presenter:  Mr. Craig Carter
Description:  Before you tonight for your approval is our tentative CARES Budget.  Mr. Carter presented this budget in the last Board Meeting.
1.C.4. Approval of the FY21 Negotiated Agreement with the Davis Educational Support Professionals
Presenter:  Mr. Craig Carter
Description:  Before you tonight for your approval is the final Negotiated Agreement with the Davis Educational Support Professionals.  Highlights of the agreement include:
•    Base Salary Increase of 1.75%
•    Steps and Lanes fully funded
•    One Time Payment of 2.0%
•    Funding for an additional 5 Part Time Health Clerks in Elementary Schools
1.C.5. Approval of the FY21 Negotiated Agreement with the Davis Education Association
Presenter:  Mr. Craig Carter
Description:  Before you tonight for your approval is the final Negotiated Agreement with the Davis Education Association.  Highlights of the agreement include:
•    Base Salary Increase of 1.75%
•    Steps and Lanes fully funded
•    One Time Payment of 2.0%
•    TSSA Funding for all Schools
1.C.6. Update Start of School Procedures with Covid-19
