9.a. Action Item 05-18-19. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the resolution calling for a special election and to submit a proposition to be placed on the November 5, 2019, ballot.

9.b. Action Item 06-18-19. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Andrea Franco as the district's  ELL Coordinator/Teacher and be placed on MA Step 1 of the CEA Master Agreement

9.c. Action Item  07-18-19. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Phillip Sylvester as an Orchestra teacher at Chelsea High School and be placed on BA Step 1 of the CEA Master Agreement.

9.d. Action Item 08-18-19. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board accept a donation in excess of $1,000 from the Kiwanis Club of Chelsea for the Community Ed Preschool Program.

9.e. Action Item 09-19-20. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the hiring of Kristin Chinavare as a Science teacher at Beach Middle School and be placed on MA 1 of the CEA Master Agreement.
