9.a. Action Item 10-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the purchase of a video distribution system, using 2009 technology bond fund monies, from Sentinal in the amount of $85,270.50.

11.b. Action Item 12-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board accept a donation from Chelsea Kiwanis in excess of $1,000 for the Community Education Preschool Program.
