4. ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IMPROPER PAYMENT REVIEW SUMMARY REPORT (Information)
Description:
In March 2026, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) conducted an improper payment review of Region XVI Education Service Center. We wish to thank the program for their cooperation and assistance during the review. This improper payment review report has been issued to Mr. David Schaeffer, as legal notice to your agency of the results of the fiscal integrity review.
Based on the information gathered during our assessment, a determination has been made that Region XVI Education Service Center successfully completed the improper payment review, and no further action is required. This notification also does not guarantee that the recipient will not be selected again to participate in the improper payment review in the future. A copy of the notification letter is attached. |
