III.A. Consideration and possible action to approve and accept the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal submitted by G&G Construction Enterprises Construction Corp. for the BCISD Performing Arts Center in an amount not to exceed $(GMP); and to authorize the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the GMP contract, in a form approved by legal counsel for the District, and to issue a Notice to Proceed upon execution by all parties.

IV. Closed Session 

IV.A. The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board of Trustees will convene in Closed Session to discuss matters concerning the following: Pursuant to Texas Gov't. Code Section 551.071 - Consultation with attorney for legal issues related to the GMP contract for the BCISD Performing Arts Center.  The Board of Trustees will reconvene in open session for action, if any, to be taken on items discussed in closed session. 

V. Reconvene for any action relative to items considered in Closed Session

V.A. Consider Approving and Accepting the GMP proposal for the BCISD Performing Arts Center.
