Consideration Items

Consideration and approval of an order authorizing the issuance by the Lake Travis Independent School District of its variable rate unlimited tax school building bonds in one or more series; specifying the terms and features of these bonds; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of these bonds; resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of these bonds, including the approval and execution of paying agent/registrar agreements, remarketing agreements, purchase contracts, and tender agent agreements, as necessary and relating to each series of bonds, and the approval and distribution of one or more offering memorandums pertaining thereto; complying with the letter of representations on file with the depository trust company; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and district staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of each series of bonds; and providing an effective date.
