3.C. Approval of Resolutions to Acquire, by Purchase or Condemnation, Several Tracts of Land for the Proposed Site for New School Construction, as follows:

3.C.1. Consider adoption of resolution to (1) declare public necessity and purpose for the acquisition of the following property, including the real property and all singular rights and appurtenances: 25.33 acres land that is out of four separate tracks that are located off Kostoryz Road and Saratoga Blvd., legally described as 6.915 acres out of Lot 2, Block 1, Saratoga Medical Center Subdivision; 8.41acres out of Lots 5 and 6, Section 9, Bohemian Colony Lands; 2.30 acres out of Lot 2, Block 1, Saratoga Medical Center Subdivision; and 7.70 acres out of Lots 5 and 6, Section 9, Bohemian Colony Lands Subdivision, City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas ("Property"); (2) authorize formal offers for the purchase of such Property; and (3) authorize the initiation of the condemnation process to acquire the Property if efforts to purchase the Property are unsuccessful.

Consider adoption of resolution to (1) declare public necessity and purpose for the acquisition of the following property, including the real property and all singular rights and appurtenances: 32.766 acres of land that is located at the northwest corner of Saratoga Blvd. and Kostoryz Road, legally described as 32.766 acres out of the W/2 of Lot 5, Section 9, Bohemian Colony Lands Subdivision, City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas ("Property"); (2) authorize formal offers for the purchase of such Property; and (3) authorize the initiation of the condemnation process to acquire the Property if efforts to purchase the Property are unsuccessful.

Consider adoption of resolution to (1) declare public necessity and purpose for the acquisition of the following property, including the real property and all singular rights and appurtenances: 9.88 acres of land that is located on the north line of Saratoga Boulevard, east of Kostoryz Road, and west of Weber Road, legally described as 4.934 acres out of Lot 2, Block1; 4.1094 acres out of Lot 2, Block 1; and 0.84 acres out of Lots 5-6, Section 9, Saratoga Medical Center Subdivision, City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas ("Property"); (2) authorize formal offers for the purchase of such Property; and (3) authorize the initiation of the condemnation process to acquire the Property if efforts to purchase the Property are unsuccessful.
