Executive Session - Legal Advice: The Governing Board may convene in executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(4), for discussion or consultation with the Board's attorney to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the evaluation, supervision, and employment of the business manager, who reports to the Governing Board.

V.B.4. Executive Session - Legal Advice: The Governing Board may convene in executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3), for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Board's attorney re: possible telework policy.

V.B.5. Action Item: The Governing Board may take action concerning the evaluation and supervision of Business Manager, including, but not limited to directing legal counsel to proceed as directed in executive session.
