X.A. Discussion and possible action for the Board of trustees to approve updates to the District’s authorized signature cards with Falls City Bank, including the addition of Business Manager Wesley Gisler as an authorized signer on District accounts, as appropriate.

X.B. Discussion and possible action for the Board of Trustees to approve the Resolution for the County Extension Agent as Adjunct Faculty 

X.C. Discussion and possible action to amend the 2026–2027 Runge ISD Student Handbook by changing the District’s official attendance-taking time from 10:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

X.D. Discussion and possible action for the Board of Trustees to approve the Runge ISD Annual Certification of Compliance required by Texas Education Code §39.008 and authorize the Superintendent to sign and submit the certification to the Texas Education Agency (TEA)
