Description:

This public hearing is being held and has been posted in accordance with Government Code Chapter 551, State of Texas Open Meetings Act. If, during the course of this meeting, the Board should determine that a closed or executive session of the local board is required, then such a closed or executive session can be held as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.
