9. Consider/Act on Approving the TASB Risk Management Policy Renewal for coverage from 3/01/2024-2/28/2025 with a coverage premium of $52,367.

10. Discussion: Box Culvert and dirt work for bridge at gym parking lot requires 12'W x 4'H x29' L, this allows 25ft for vehicles/buses, and 4ft pedestrian. Cost of culvert approx $22,000, plus fill dirt, $6,800, plus concrete wing walls $2,300. Does not include asphalt topping. 
Another option is steel culverts as well as the box culvert.  Need 4 - 48" X 20ft steel culverts (one to cut for the pedestrian portions). Approx $8,000 for those, plus fill and concrete for wing walls $3,000-total estimate $11K-$12K.

11. Consider/Act on approving money for the vehicle/pedestrian bridge.

13. Consider/Act on Approving a Lease Agreement and Teacherage Agreement for the District House.

14. Discussion: District was awarded three (3) Electric School Buses.  Accepting 0-3, or if we want just 1.  All is acceptable. Discuss the electricity upgrades needed for the chargers.

15. Consider/Act on Accepting the awarded Electric School Bus/Buses.

16. Consider/Act on Approval of Resolution of the Board to Employ or Accept as a Volunteer a Chaplain to provide support services and programs for students. (SB 763).

17. Consider/Act on Approving Board Members to Attend TASB Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) training in San Antonio, TX on June 12-15, 2024.

18. Consider/Act on Approving Board Members to attend the MASBA Annual Conference in San Antonio, TX, September 12-13, 2024.

19. Consider/Act on Approving a Notice of General Election for an election to be held on May 4, 2024, for the purpose of electing three (3) trustees to the School Board of Trustees.
