Consider the record and hear oral arguments under Section 21.258 of the Texas Education Code regarding the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation made by the TEA Independent Hearing Examiner in TEA Docket Number 019-LH-10-2013, styled Southside Independent School District v. Dr. Juan A. Jasso. Texas Government Code Section 551.074

Pursuant to Sections 21.258 and 21.259 of the Texas Education Code, discuss and take possible action regarding adopting, rejecting or changing the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation made by the TEA Independent Hearing Examiner in TEA Docket Number 019-LH-10-2013, styled Southside Independent School District v. Dr. Juan A. Jasso.

V.A.2. Pursuant to Sections 21.258 and 21.259 of the Texas Education Code, discuss and take possible action regarding the proposed termination of the employment contract of Superintendent of Schools Dr. Juan A. Jasso.
