I. CALL TO  ORDER

I.A. Announcement by the president whether a quorum is present, that the meeting has been duly called and notice of meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

I.B. Board moves into Closed Session.

II. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board shall convene in closed session pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act:  LEGAL, REAL ESTATE, AND/OR PERSONNEL (Discussion in Closed Session, Action in Open Session, as per Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sections 071, 072, 073, 074, 075, 076, 082, 083, 084.)

V. CANVASS NEW DIANA 2022 BOND ELECTION RETURNS FROM THE MAY 7, 2022 ELECTION

V.A. Certify Results of the Canvass from the May 7, 2022 Bond Election.
