5.A. Approval/Johnson Controls, Inc. to deliver a Comprehensive Performance Contracting Solution Pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 44.901. The Facility Improvements to be provided shall be as presented and included in the Contract Document to be executed by the District

5.B. Approval/Installation of New Serving Lines at Saenz, Noonan, Schallert, and Alice High School
|

6. Closed or executive meeting or session called in accordance with the following provisions set forth in the Texas Education Code:
