Explain how the new legislation impacts the committee as well as the work that must be done by the committee and school district.

Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, Section 551.076 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices (Deployment, Implementation of Security Personnel or Devices).

Description:
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be help in a closed meeting, the Committee will conduct a closed meeting in accordance wit the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D and E. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
