Description:
There were six "true" cross-function amendments in December. Those are indicated with a yellow-highlighted BAR number. The amendments to move money from a revenue (Object code 5XXX) account to an expenditure (Object code 6XXX) account appear to cross functions (00 to 36, for example), but revenue accounts are always function 00. Those are campus activity accounts (fund 4XX).
